Cambridge to Toronto Pearson: fares, pickup and planning

Your Cambridge airport transfer at a glance

MoveVia provides private, direct transfers between Cambridge and Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). You can book a pickup at your Cambridge address for a departing flight, or an airport pickup for the journey back to Cambridge. Your vehicle is reserved for your booking.

The Cambridge city fare is $135 CAD. A single $30 minivan upgrade applies when you have five or more passengers or five or more standard suitcases. Enter your actual trip details and review the displayed total before paying.

How much does a Cambridge to Pearson transfer cost?

For one to four passengers with fewer than five suitcases, the city fare is $135 CAD and your booking uses a car or SUV. If either count reaches five, your booking uses a minivan and the fare becomes $165 CAD. You can book for up to seven passengers.

For example, two passengers with two suitcases pay $135. Four passengers with five suitcases pay $165. Six passengers with three suitcases also pay $165. If both passengers and suitcases are five or more, the upgrade still applies only once. These are prices for the transfer, not per person.

Booking a pickup at your Cambridge address

Select To Pearson, choose Cambridge and enter your full pickup address. Include the street number and any useful building, entrance or unit information. For a hotel, provide the hotel name and its street address; for a business, identify the entrance where you will wait.

Choose the airport terminal, date and pickup time, then enter your passenger and suitcase counts. All booking times are shown in Toronto time. Check your contact details carefully so your driver can reach you before pickup.

Your scheduled pickup time is when you need the vehicle at your Cambridge address, not your flight departure time. Allow for the drive, possible traffic delays and the time your airline requires at the airport. Check current journey conditions when planning rather than relying on a fixed travel-time promise.

Checking your Pearson terminal

Confirm the terminal with your airline or flight information before booking. Pearson provides an official airline directory and terminal maps; links are included below. If your terminal changes after you book, contact MoveVia with your booking reference so the team can update the arrangements.

For a departing flight, plan backwards from the airport arrival time recommended by your airline. Leave room for checking bags, security and reaching your gate, as well as the journey from Cambridge.

Arriving at Pearson and travelling back to Cambridge

Select From Pearson and enter your Cambridge drop-off address. Add your flight number to help MoveVia respond to an updated arrival time. Use a phone number and email address that you can access during your journey.

Your driver details are sent by email or message at least two hours before pickup. For airport pickups, the driver sends the exact meeting point and pickup instructions before your arrival. Follow those instructions rather than assuming a particular door or pickup location.

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after actual landing. Pickups at other locations include 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Keep your phone available and let MoveVia know if you are delayed during baggage collection or other arrival procedures. Additional waiting is subject to driver availability, and any additional charge must be agreed with you before it applies.

What happens if your flight or plans change?

For airport pickups with a flight number, MoveVia adjusts pickup to the updated arrival time, subject to driver availability. If MoveVia cannot accommodate the flight delay, you receive a full refund.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, you receive the entire amount paid back. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, although you can request a change subject to availability. If MoveVia cannot provide the booked transfer, you receive a full refund.

If you are unavailable after the included waiting time, MoveVia will attempt to contact you before treating the booking as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable. Read the full booking policy before payment and contact hello@movevia.ca with your booking reference if you need help.

A final check before you pay

Review your direction, Cambridge address, terminal, date and Toronto pickup time. Confirm the passenger and suitcase counts, flight number and contact information, then check the total fare. After successful payment, your booking confirmation and paid invoice are sent to the email address you entered.

Save the booking reference somewhere easy to find while travelling. It helps the team locate your trip when you ask about pickup instructions, a change of plans or a cancellation.
