How to book your Toronto Pearson airport transfer

Start with your direction and address

Choose From Pearson for an airport pickup, or To Pearson when you are travelling to the airport. Enter the full street address, including the building or unit details that will help your driver find you. A city name alone is not enough to identify a pickup point.

Have your trip details ready

You will need your terminal, pickup date and time, passenger count and suitcase count. Booking times are shown in Toronto time. For an airport pickup, include your flight number so MoveVia can adjust for an updated arrival time, subject to driver availability.

Count everyone travelling and all standard suitcases before requesting your price. Add a note for special requests, and contact us before booking if you need to discuss extra stops or unusual luggage.

Review your price before payment

Your price depends on the city and whether a minivan upgrade applies. Review the address, date, passenger details and total on the payment screen. Use an email address you can access while travelling; your confirmation and paid invoice are sent there after successful payment.

Know what happens before pickup

Your driver details are sent by email or message at least two hours before pickup. For airport collections, your driver sends the exact meeting point and instructions before arrival. Keep your phone available so you can receive those messages.

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of waiting after actual landing. Other pickups include 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Read the full booking policy for flight delays, cancellations and additional waiting.

Keep your booking reference handy

Save your confirmation so you can find your reference quickly. If your plans change, email hello@movevia.ca with your reference and request. Cancellations at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup qualify for a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
